IMPLEMENTASI BLENDED LEARNING DI KB-TK ISLAM AL-AZHAR 10 SERANG

Blended Learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menghubungkan atau menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka di kelas dengan pembelajaran daring. Blended Learning dapat didefinisikan sebagai metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan pembelajaran tradisional dan modern yang bertujuan mensintesis pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang efektif, efisien, dan menarik. Blended learning dapat mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran, namun tidak semua lembaga dapat menggunakan blended learning dalam pelaksanaannya terutama pada pendidikan anak usia dini. KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang merupakan salah satu sekolah di Kota Serang yang telah memperkenalkan blended learning. Blended learning mulai diterapkan di sekolah dikarenakan adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat sekolah mencari alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan. Oleh karena itu model blended learning merupakan suatu alternatif solusi untuk menemukan pembelajaran efektif bagi peserta didik yang dapat di implementasikan di KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan blended learning serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan blended learning. Dari hasil temuan penelitian pada pembahasan, implementasi blended learning sangat ditentukan oleh perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Serta yang menjadi faktor pendukung implementasi blended learning yaitu fasilitas dan tenaga pendidik, sedangkan faktor penghambat penerapan blended learning di KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang adalah orang tua dan penilaian. Blended Learning is a learning metode that connects or combines face-to-face learning in class with online learning. Blended Learning can bedefined as a learning model that combines traditional and modern learning that aims to synthesize face-to-face and online learning to create an effective, efficient, and interesting learning experience. Blended learning can optimize the learning process, but not all institutions can use blended learning in its implementation, especially in early childhood education. KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang is one of the schools in Serang City that has introduced blended learning. Blended learning has begun to be implemented in schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has forced schools to look for alternative learning models that can be applied. Therefore, the blended learning model is an alternative solution to find effective learning for students that can be implemented in KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to explore the application of blended learning and determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of blended learning. From the research findings in the discussion, the implementation of blended learning is largely determined by planning, implementation and evaluation. And the supporting factors for the implementation of blended learning are facilities and teaching staff, while the inhibiting factors for the implementation of blended learning in KB-TK Islam Al-Azhar 10 Serang are parents and assessment.
